About David:
Before coming to Regent, Dave Boisselle served for 29 years in the United States Navy, where he rose through the ranks from enlisted seaman to commissioned officer, attaining three nontraditional college degrees. As educational services officer in the nuclear aircraft carrier USS George Washington, he led the Navy's successful pilot program to provide graduate courses to sailors at sea via video teleconference with Old Dominion University. Since 2004, he has presented Enlisted-to-Officer Program Career Days and workshops to sailors throughout Hampton Roads, Va. Upon retirement from the Navy in 2008, Dave was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal. He lives in Chesapeake, Va., with his wife, Mely. They are the proud parents of John, a software engineer, and Meaghan, a registered nurse, and grandparents to Ethan.
Jeremy Crouch
Military and Veterans Affairs Enrollment Counselor
Jeremy D. Crouch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Regent's School of Undergraduate Studies and assists the Director of Military and Veterans Affairs in the corporate goal of building a military community within the Regent University campus. Prior to coming to Regent, Jeremy completed seven years of active-duty service with the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman. During this time, Jeremy served onboard the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson where he specialized in radiation health protection and was a key player on many response teams such as the nuclear medical response team and emergency medical response team. Jeremy also participated in training sailors for emergency response and supporting and planning events with the American Heritage Observance Committee. His naval career also includes working in radiology at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune and serving as the medical evacuations coordinator of Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.

Jessica Reid
Veterans Affairs Certifying Official
Jessica Reid serves as the VA Certifying Official for Regent University. Located in the Business Office, she is able to assist students with all military benefits, including Tuition Assistance. Jessica is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counseling from Regent's School of Undergraduate Studies. Though she has never served in the military, she is passionate about helping service members and their families both on and off the job. Her sister is a military wife and her brother-in-law is a submariner stationed in Norfolk. Jessica and her husband TJ (who also works at Regent as an Admissions Counselor in the School of Education) have served as pastors in several churches throughout the country. She hopes to use her ministry experience and future degree in counseling to continue to serve the unique needs of military marriages and families.
