How to Order a Transcript
To order an Official Regent University Transcript, follow the instructions below:
- Complete and print a Transcript Request Form (electronic form).
- Complete an Address Slip Form (part of Transcript Request Form). This form must be filled out by the requestor and will be used in a windowed envelope for mailing.
- Make Payment by either of the following methods:
- Cash (in person only) PAPER CHECKS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE
- Credit Card (online here)
If you are unable to use the above form, please submit a formal statement with the following information:
- Name
- Any previous names
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Telephone Number
- E-mail address
- Signature
- Detailed instructions regarding number of copies requested and where to send transcripts.
Remember to send your payment information along with your request form. You must include the online payment reference number on your transcript request form. Do not include your credit card number or cash with your mailed request. Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to contact you regarding unpaid requests. Requests without payment information will not be processed.
