Regent University offers financial aid programs including church, pastoral and family benefits, as well as military benefits, which can result in a zero-dollar tuition rate. For veterans, Regent University is also a participant in the Yellow Ribbon program.

School of Divinity

Local Pastors Scholarship Page will open in a new window
Must be full-time pastoral staff member
Church must be located within 50 miles of Virginia Beach campus or Washington, D.C., metropolitan area
Must enroll in at least two courses per semester
Master's level courses only (D.Min. and Ph.D. courses are exempt)
Pastors meeting these requirements may receive an annual tuition discount of $5,000 or more.
 
Pastors' Continuing Education Program Page will open in a new window
Must be full-time, paid, pastoral staff members serving in churches (current Regent students do not apply)
Must have a four-year degree from an accredited institution
Only one course per year is permitted (master's level courses only)
Pastors meeting these requirements may enroll in a course for $150.
 
Alumni Continuing Education Program Page will open in a new window
Alumni may enroll in one course per semester for only $100 per course (only 15 credits permitted)
Only courses at the Master’s level apply (D.Min. and Ph.D. are courses are exempt.)
 

School of Undergraduate Studies

Church Employee Discount (for full-time pastors and staff or their dependents) Page will open in a new window
Must be a high school graduate or possess a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (from previous college work; not institutional)
Must be paid, full-time church employee or their spouse/dependent child (as defined by FAFSA)
Communication & the Arts degrees (Theatre, Animation and Cinema-Television) are not eligible for this discount
Employees meeting these requirements receive a 25 percent tuition discount.

Must be a high school graduate or possess a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (from previous college work; not institutional)
Two students from the same immediate family simultaneously enrolled in Regent Undergrad (parent/child, siblings, husband/wife)
Communication & the Arts degrees (Theatre, Animation and Cinema-Television) are not eligible for this discount
Employees meeting these requirements receive a 25 percent tuition discount.
