As a strategist, Ella (Rev.) provides oversight for Regent University School of Divinity's enrollment, marketing, and financial aid. A sought after lecturer, conference speaker, and workshop facilitator, Ella is also the founder of MorphéWoman, which is an organization that serves to educate, empower, and equip women with the toolsand resources needed to achieve personal, professional, and life goals as leaders.
Ella is a Ph.D. candidate in Theology and Religion at King's College London, UK; holds a M.A. in Practical Theology, a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University; and a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her research interests include strategic leadership, leadership competencies, change management, and New Testament Theology with an emphasis in leadership of the Early Church.
