From the Editor REAL (Revista de Estudios Avanzados de Liderazgo) is an academic journal, published in Spanish, that specializes in the dissemination of new knowledge in the fields of leadership and entrepreneurship. Although REAL is produced in the United States, it reaches Hispanics around the world. The first edition of REAL, covering January to June 2012, will be published in the month of July 2012, and will focus on the issues of leadership and entrepreneurship, which certainly are relevant in this global era.
