Employee turnover and turnover intentions are two of the most costly behaviors that can be encountered in an organization. Conversely, employee empowerment is a leadership tool that may minimize the behaviors and their potential costs. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between empowerment and turnover intentions, using the Navy's Medical Service Corps as a case example.
