Course Requirements:
Organizational Leadership Major

Completion of 48 credit hours of required courses plus a 0-credit-hour library research course
Completion of a minimum of 12 credit hours of dissertation.
Successful completion of the comprehensive exams following the student's coursework.
Completion of all requirements associated with the doctoral dissertation, including oral defense.
