Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership - Entrepreneurial Leadership Major

Designed to advance the study of entrepreneurialism in a global marketplace, the Entrepreneurial Leadership major provides a breadth of knowledge across the entrepreneurial leadership field with in-depth courses in marketing, finance, operations and human resource management.

While focusing on HR management, innovation and communication, this major also addresses the economic effect of entrepreneurial activity and equips students to teach organizational leadership or entrepreneurial studies at the university level.

The Entrepreneurial Leadership major uses a cohort model that incorporates interaction with an instructor and other students.
