DSL - Leadership Coaching Major

LC Course Requirements | LC Course Map

Designed for students engaged in or preparing for executive-level coaching roles, the Leadership Coaching major combines extensive coursework from both organizational leadership and the field of coaching to provide students with a unique platform for impacting those who lead organizations.

Course Requirements for the Leadership Coaching Major

Completion of 42 credit hours of core courses plus a 0-credit-hour library research course.
Completion of 12 credit hours of required major courses.
Completion of culminating integrative paper.
Completion of 6 credit hours of DSL Project and fulfillment of all doctoral project requirements including oral defense.
